Product demos and tutorials

How Kinisma films your real website or app for product demos and tutorials, signs in to screens behind a login, and keeps personal details off screen.

Updated October 8, 2026

For Product demo and Product tutorial videos, the agent films your real product, not a mock-up.

Give it your product

Include the address in your brief:

The agent first reads your site (and docs, if it finds them), then visits the product in a browser to take screenshots and record short clips. Product demos follow a clear arc: the problem, your product, its best features, proof, and a call to action with your address. The agent only claims what your site says.

Tutorials: recorded click by click

A product tutorial teaches one task. The agent records itself doing it in your real app, in full HD, and narrates each step as it clicks. Chapters get title cards ("2. Add your first task"), each click is zoomed and labelled, and the video ends with a recap and what to do next.

Screens behind a login

When a video needs your product's logged-in screens, the agent asks in the chat: Sign in to yourproduct.com.

  1. Click Open browser to sign in. A browser window opens on your site.
  2. Sign in as usual. Your password stays in that window; the agent never sees it.
  3. Come back and click I'm signed in (or close the window).

Click Skip to use only public pages. The sign-in is saved on your computer, encrypted, for that site only, and refreshed after each recording. Remove it in Settings → Storage → Saved sign-ins.

Privacy on screen

By default, while recording the agent replaces emails, phone numbers, ID and card numbers and the account holder's name with stand-ins, and blurs fields the app fills in. Sample data the agent types itself stays as typed. Names in tables and avatars aren't always caught; check your video before publishing. Ask the agent if you want real details shown.

What the agent won't do

It never types passwords, never signs up or signs in for you, and doesn't press Save or Submit while exploring. In a tutorial recording it presses the final button once, to show the result.

Requirements

Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge must be installed on your computer.

Questions

Does the agent see my password?

No. You sign in yourself in a browser window the app opens; the agent never sees or types your password, and it never signs up for anything.

Will customers' details appear in the video?

By default the agent hides emails, phone numbers, ID and card numbers and the account holder's name on screen. Names in tables or avatars aren't always caught, so a demo account with sample data is best.

Do I need Chrome?

Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge must be installed; the agent uses it to visit and film your product.
