Kinisma Studio keeps itself up to date.

#How it works

1. A little after you open the app, and every few hours after that, Kinisma Studio checks for a new version.
2. If there is one, it downloads in the background while you work.
3. When it's ready, a Restart to update button appears in the top bar, on Home and in the Studio.

#Install the update

• Click Restart to update. The app closes, updates and opens again.
• Or carry on: the update installs the next time you quit the app.

#Install the latest version by hand

Download the installer from kinisma.com/download and run it over your current version. Your projects and settings are kept.

#Which version do I have?

Open Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps and find Kinisma Studio.
